Are all boxes the same?
No. Each box is unique. Items are individually chosen, meaning no two boxes are exactly alike. This is part of what makes every Wildflower June order one-of-a-kind.
Can I choose my items?
No. All box items are selected at random. Items are handpicked to maintain the surprise element and ensure a cohesive aesthetic in every box. However, for scoop boxes, you can provide your colour preferences and state your likes and dislikes. We will do our best to fulfill your requests, depending on item availability.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of curated boxes, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
How long does shipping take?
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
